| Availability | Lead times vary depending on the models, please ask about availability. Some TVs and monitors may be back ordered. |
| Sales Tax | IT Pros may charge sales tax depending on your states tax regulations. Please call for information. |
| Shipping Locations | IT Pros will ship products to commercial locations only. All orders will have shipping added to the invoice. |
| Shipping time | Once the order is processed, shipping from the distribution facility takes 3-7 business days. |
| Repair Procedures for all Commercial Products | The first action is to call the manufacturer.![]() |
| Concealed Damage | For product that is damaged but unseen from the outside of the carton, contact IT Pros. Concealed damaged must be reported within 72 hours of date received. Visible damage should be refused and not accepted at time of delivery. Contact IT Pros to arrange for a replacement unit to be sent. Provide bill of lading info and PO number. |
| DOA Policy | Out of box DOA units are eligible for exchange within 30 days of date received. After 30 days, all DOA's are to be handled as a repair (no exceptions). |
| Return Authorization Procedure | Manufacturers will issue a Return Authorization to the location of the defective product. A replacement will be shipped once IT Pros has approved the RA. Defectiive units are to be returned with in 15 days of RA issue. Non-returned items will be charged to the end-user. |
| Return Policy | IT Pros does not accept returns. |
